OUR WORK
For Families & Parents
01.
The IDENTITY Project – For Families
The IDENTITY Project for families is a term long programme for parents (specifically mums) whose children are taking part in The IDENTITY Project.
The programme was designed to introduce parents to the work that their children will be doing as part of the project, but also to take parents through their own journey of parenting self-discovery looking at communication skills, emotional intelligence, beliefs and boundaries. As part of the programme all parents will get access to a group coaching session as well as a toolkit for them to take home and use in their everyday lives.
02.
Having Challenging Conversations
Having challenging conversations is an NCFE accredited programme aimed at parents and professionals who work with young people, and will help individuals to improve emotional intelligence and communication skills when having difficult conversations.
The programme is delivered in a group setting and all participants engage in blended learning of facilitation, group discussion and coaching.
