With a background in education and coaching, Doreen leads from within, cultivating a grounded approach that empowers young people who are at risk of exclusion, underachievement, or social marginalisation. Her work has been instrumental in creating a culture change within the policing community.

Kate Fahy
Head of Programmes
Kate's background blends arts curation and project management. Her overarching ambition is to champion diverse and underrepresented individuals and communities, and to facilitate spaces, conversations, and projects that have transformative impact.

Dixie Joseph
Chair of Directors
Dixie has worked with a number of social enterprises and development agencies managing funding streams for infrastructure development; training and capacity building; business planning with on-site incubation of over 50 SME within Haringey, Enfield and Waltham Forest.

With a background in graphic and media design, Luiza brings creativity, enthusiasm, and strong social media skills to the team. Her approachable nature and experience helps her connect with young people, using digital tools to inspire and drive positive change.

Harvey Ling-Cottey
Communications Lead
As a visually creative and multi-disciplinary designer, Harvey brings adaptability and a keen eye for engaging content. Passionate about connecting with young people, he aims to spark curiosity and build confidence through thoughtful, impactful design.

Alpha Coker
Brand Ambassador / Facilitator
With over five years of experience at the organisation, Alpha brings energy, dedication, and lived experience to his role. Starting as a young volunteer, his journey reflects his passion for supporting others, serving as a key role in engagement programmes and contributing to workshops with insight, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of community.

Don McCollin
Don set up McCollin Bryan with his business partner in 1998. His very successful business is a fusion of backgrounds in textiles and ceramics. Don studied at the Royal College of Art which has led to a distinctive portfolio of designs. Key to Don’s working practice is the process of experimentation and the development of visual concepts.​

Douglas Hamandishe
Douglas is an experienced Chief Clinical Information Officer and Mental Health Nurse, with over a decade of experience leading digital transformation across the NHS. As Mayor of Medway and Councillor for Gillingham North, Douglas plays a key role in health and social care policy, planning, and championing the interests of the Black and Minority Ethnic Community.

Elijah Amoako
Passionate about equity, mental health, and social impact, Elijah brings a deep commitment to creating meaningful dialogue. He is currently the Director of Public Affairs at a Black policy think tank, and has previously worked with the Greater London Authority, The Advocacy Academy, and the Ministry of Justice, where he supported initiatives focused on youth voice, justice reform, and community-led policy.
